Want the real secret to losing weight? .... EPOC!

NuYu training sessions are designed to cause a reaction called EPOC or excess post-exercise oxygen consumption. Put simply, this means your metabolism is going to stay elevated after you finish exercising, your body is continuing to burn calories at a higher rate for up to 24 hrs after the session! 

Here's 3 common excuses I hear...

 "I don't have time to workout" and "I'm not fit enough to do an exercise class" "I work all day and I'm knackered by the time I get home"

Guess what they aren't the real reason!! 1. You can ALWAYS make time, 2. nobody is -you have to start somewhere to improve, 3. your knackered because you either don't sleep properly or eat properly or both! doing exercise regularly will give you deeper sleeps and we can sort out your eating habits too.
